URBAN SURVEY MODULE:

Scope: To address all survey issues in Urbanized areas of Visakhapatnam i.e., 10 Urban Mandals where land is mostly built-up, converted in NALA, proposed for layouts etc., (i.e., predominantly non agricultural.) basing of approved layouts only.

Software: Developed by Mee Seva Developers (i.e., Ram Info Ltd)

Application: The citizens shall apply online in Mee Seva centers with their land documents Rate: Rs.5/- per Sq.Yard + service charge. SMS alert will be received informing survey agency to the applicant.Work done by agency will be verified by department. Final report will be issued by Tahsildar and can be collected from Mee Seva Centre. Further, the following 10 Mandals in Visakhapatnam District have been distributed to the private agencies as follows;

UN-SURVEYED VILLAGE:

K.B.Agraharam (v) of Kotavuratla (M) is the 1^st village where DGPS enabled initial survey by team of department Surveyors and Licensed Surveyors is under process from 4.9.2017. Field work, Stone plantation, Record work completed and records sent to Tahsildar for Revenue enquiry.

F.M.B. DIGITIZATION:-

It is submitted that under the Digital India Land Records modernization programme (DILRMP) in the state of Andhra Pradesh, the digitization of field measurement books (FMBs) was under taken in the Visakhapatnam District by APSAC Planning Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Digitization completed: 85%

No.of FMBs digitally signed by the Surveyors: 1,54,814, out of 2,45,617 S.Nos.
